Since joining CRH in July of 2016, Mr. Kreger has further developed an anesthesia management team necessary to grow and sustain our best-in-class anesthesia service and ensure the seamless integration of newly acquired practices onto the CRH Anesthesia platform. Prior to joining CRH, Mr. Kreger was the VP of Development for the Ambulatory Surgery Division of HCA, where he was responsible for expanding HCA’s network to +130 ASCs through acquisitions and partnerships. Prior to HCA, Mr. Kreger provided business development and operations advisory services to physicians and healthcare companies, as well as strategic direction and performance management for regional ASC operations for several large US healthcare companies. Mr. Kreger has over 25 years of diversified experience, focusing on Business Development and Operations and was previously President of CRH Anesthesia.
Jami Hagler
VP and General Manager
With 20 years of multi-site management and leadership experience ranging from private sector to hospital-based healthcare as well as private, non-profit organizations, Jami Hagler has excelled in building high-performing, results-driven, diverse, servant leadership teams, composed of Physicians, APPs, and Operations support, that have made positive impacts in communities across the country. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds a Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from South University.
Ed Sutton, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Ed Sutton has been practicing anesthesia for nearly 25 years with his areas of expertise aiding to assure the consistent delivery of quality anesthesia services at the centers served by CRH Anesthesia. He is responsible for directing and monitoring CRNA activities as well as contributing to overall operations through involvement with management. Dr. Sutton completed both his medical degree and anesthesia training from the Medical College of Georgia and earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Georgia. Dr. Sutton is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
Donnie Vinson, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Donnie Vinson works to maintain the highest quality of anesthesia services for both existing practices and new practices that join as a partner with CRH Anesthesia. Dr. Vinson most recently comes to us from Rockdale Anesthesia Services in Conyers, Georgia, where he was a practicing partner for 24 years. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and completed his medical degree and residency in Anesthesiology at the Medical College of Georgia.
Matthew Newton
National Lead CRNA
Matthew Newton holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and is a practicing CRNA. In 2015, Matthew founded a CRNA-focused anesthesia practice in North Carolina. After successfully selling his practice in 2021, he joined CRH Anesthesia in the role of National Lead CRNA. In this role, in addition to meeting staffing demands through clinical work, Matthew collaborates closely with the operations and medical teams to establish and promote new policies to foster a safe and efficient clinical environment, including optimizing workflows, enhancing employee recruitment and retention, driving business development, and strengthening provider-client relationships. Matthew is a frequent speaker at national nursing conferences, sharing his insights on leadership within the healthcare landscape. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Keiser University, where he teaches doctoral courses on Leadership in Healthcare and the Business of Anesthesia.
