Matthew Newton brings extensive experience in the anesthesia industry to his role as National Lead CRNA at CRH Anesthesia. With a background as a licensed nurse anesthetist and entrepreneur, Matt is dedicated to enhancing the perioperative experience for patients and improving operational efficiencies across CRH’s clinical sites. Among his many responsibilities, he collaborates with operational leaders to drive clinical excellence and improve safety profiles, ensuring that each site meets or exceeds industry benchmarks.
Outside his work with CRH Anesthesia, Matt is a public speaker and adjunct professor. As a healthcare leader and mentor, he emphasizes the importance of professionalism, self-confidence, and ongoing education as the cornerstones of a successful and fulfilling career. He also advocates for maintaining work-life balance and prioritizing personal well-being—both essential for optimal performance in the demanding field of anesthesia.
