CRH Acquires GI Anesthesia Practices in Florida, Georgia and Virginia

CRH has announced the majority acquisition of GI anesthesia practices in Florida, Virginia and Georgia as well as a De Novo venture in Georgia.  The centers involved include:

  • Lake Lanier Anesthesia Associates in Gainesvile, GA
  • Metro Orlando Anesthesia Associates in Orlando, FL
  • Central Virginia Anesthesia Associates in Fredericksburg, VA
  • De Novo venture with Oconee River Anesthesia Associates in Athens, GA

This marks CRH’s first acquisition in Virginia, and puts CRH in 12 states with a total of 63 ASCs.
