CRH has announced the majority acquisition of GI anesthesia practices in Florida, Virginia, and Georgia, as well as a De Novo venture in Georgia. The centers involved include:
- Lake Lanier Anesthesia Associates in Gainesville, GA
- Metro Orlando Anesthesia Associates in Orlando, FL
- Central Virginia Anesthesia Associates in Fredericksburg, VA
- De Novo venture with Oconee River Anesthesia Associates in Athens, GA
This marks CRH’s first acquisition in Virginia and expands CRH’s presence to 12 states with a total of 63 ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs).
